Payment using credit card or PayPal balance will be cleared instantly via PayPal. eCheque payment through PayPal will require 3-5 working days to clear.
Our account detail will be provided after
checkout is completed through eBay. Internet Transfer
will required 1-2 working days to clear. Please include your
eBay ID as payment reference.
Payment through Direct Bank Deposit at
any ANZ branch is instant. Please use your postcode as payment
reference, as ANZ branch only accept numbers as reference.
Payment is due within 7 days. If you are unable
to complete payment within 7 days please contact us.
We use Australia Post eParcel service to
post most of our products with tracking information. Your delivery
address must be located within Australia. Unfortunately we do not
post items outside of Australia. Your item will be delivered during normal business hours weekdays
only and signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is
attended at the address, parcel will be left at the nearest postal
outlet for collection.
Please allow up to 1 working days for dispatch from the time your
payment has been verified. In most cases it is much quicker. Orders
with cleared payment received before 1pm AEST will be dispatched on
the same day.
What is eParcel Post?
eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. The

How it works?
Each parcel carries a barcoded address label which is scanned at
several points during the delivery process. This will usually happen
the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day. Your
eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To
track your order just enter your eParcel number into the website.
Change of delivery details
You can contact us to change your delivery address as requested. if
we have already processed your order we may not be able to change
We do combine shipping/postage. Combined shipping/postage is based on weight and postcode.
Please provide us the item(s) you are interested and delivery postcode for postage quote.
If you wish to take advantage of combined shipping rates please do not checkout until you have finished shopping. We will then
send you a combined invoice with the adjusted postage rate as the eBay checkout system does not correctly calculate combined
If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown
or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between
a replacement, or refund. We will pay all freight charges.
Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned
in its original condition.
Warrantable Items. A warrantable item is one which is covered by
a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the
manufacturer, please contact them immediately and follow their
Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance

Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24
hours of receipt of the product.
If you receive a product that you think is defective, you are to
immediately contact us and we may provisionally determine
whether the product is defective. You have 7 days from the date
of receipt to report a defective product.
For a refund to be issued, the item must be returned to us in
its original condition - including the outer packaging. Once the
item is returned and assessed, we will refund for the product
amount only (excludes delivery).
If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be
defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, refuse to replace
the product or offer a refund.
How to request a replacement/return for defective or DOA
1. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises stating
your eBay ID, the item(s) you are returning and details of the
problem. We provide you with a Reply Paid address. We are
responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us.
2. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned
item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will
provide you a replacement product or a full refund to your
original method of payment. This will be done within 1
business days of receiving the item and advise you of the
