Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for Toll to pick-up from our warehouse, it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in their tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.

At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in Australia except Norfolk & Christmas Island.

Currently, all orders are shipped through our Victoria warehouses by the road transportation. Your product(s) will take two to eight business days to arrive, (unless there is an unforeseen weather challenge). Victoria orders usually arrive within three business days.
