We search the globe looking for unique products for provision to Australian consumers and everything we sell has been quality controlled by us to ensure it meets the high standards our customer expect and are entitled to. One of our best attributes is our willingness to ensure our customers are happy at the end of a transaction. Things don’t always go to plan in life, but it is how people deal with these problems that makes or breaks a seller/customer relationship. Payment:

Thank you for looking to purchase from us. When it comes to payments we accept :

• PayPal. We use PayPal because it is easy, well known, and keeps your credit card details if you choose to use one, secure on their servers not ours. It is also instant in most cases meaning your items is dispatched quicker.
  
  
• Direct Deposit. On checkout you can opt to pay by direct deposit. Simple and secure, but please ensure you use the correct account details. Goods will be dispatched on clearance.
  
  
• COP. (cash on pickup). We are happy to accept cash on pickup on some items. Others will require payment by one of the other means prior to arranging your pick up time. Please check the individual item listing for specific shipping requirements for that item.
  
• Cheques. We do accept cheques, both bank and personal. Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
  
  
• Winning Bidders. Are required to make contact within 2 days of the auction ending and payment within 5 days of the auction ending. We leave feedback once your payment has cleared, as from that point it’s all us to complete the transaction.

• If a payment clears prior to 2pm we always endeavour to ship your item that day. If there is for any reason a delay prior to your item being shipped we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If for whatever reason the delay is unacceptable we will happily refund your money.
  
  
• Items that are posted will always be sent registered post as this allows tracking and makes AP somewhat accountable providing peace of mind for us and our customers.
  
  
• Some bulkier items will need to be sent by courier. Please refer to the specific item listing for any special shipping requirements for a particular item.
  
  
• Local Pick Up. Local pick up is available from Barwon Heads. This is by appointment only and is not available on all items. Please refer to the listing details of a specific item to see if local pick up is available for that item.
  

We accept returns for items. We could fill this space with miles of text outlining under what specific conditions we accept them but think it’s best to speak to you for your specific needs.  If you feel you would like to return an item simply email us and we’ll work out the best means of ensuring you complete any dealings with us feeling happy. Please include a contact number so we can call you, this makes everything much simpler and quicker when working out the mechanics of a specific return.
