Delivery:
Your Item will be despatched out of Brisbane.

Please allow 3-8 working days for delivery to most capital cities. More time could be required for postage to regional areas.

Please Note: Once payment has been made in full, then your goods will be despatched.

Your goods will be despatched with either Australia Post eParcel for small items, or via couriers for larger goods and multiple items. Please ensure an address is given to us where someone is available to sign for the goods. Alternatively, a designated drop point may be specified (i.e. somewhere safe at your house). If no delivery point is given and no one is available to sign for the product at the time of delivery, a card will be left in the letterbox and the purchased products will be delivered to a local post office. We will not be held responsible for any additional re delivery costs if this happens.

Pick Up:
Pickup is available from our Browns Plains Store. If you decide to purchase the goods on eBay, but would like to pick them up, please notify us that you will be picking them up prior to purchasing the item. You must bring in a printout of the eBay Purchase upon pick up.

• Payment must be made within 3 days after purchase.
• All purchases are provided with a tax invoice.
• By purchasing an item on eBay, you are entering into a legal contract to purchase the item you have bought.
• When paying via Direct Bank Deposit, please include your eBay user ID, NOT the item number.
• Our preffered payment method is BANK-DEPOSIT, however paypal is accepted.

Warranty Conditions:
This warranty is limited to the product being REPLACED ONLY and does not include labour costs, freight or reinstallation costs (Finish such as scratches and scuff marks are not covered). The product warranty is limited to defects in workmanship only and does not apply to loss or damage caused by abnormal use. The warranty will not cover the entry of foreign matter or influences to the product including but not limited to liquid, moisture, dirt, dust, or electrical fluctuations. Power supply faults or influences resulting in damage to this product are not covered under this warranty. You will need to attach a copy of the Product Invoice and the Electrician's receipt of installation for your warranty to be valid.

Return Policy:
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Defective Products:
Products found to be defective upon arrival or installation is subject to the warranty conditions. Upon arrival of the product in its original packaging back to JD Lighting, it will be tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed to be faulty, JD Lighting will replace the items free of charge and ship the product back to the customer. If the item is not deemed to be faulty, it will then be shipped back at the purchaser's expense. Please refer to "warranty conditions" and "important notice" for further information.

Important Notice:
If electrical work is required to install this product, a licensed electrician must install the product. If the electrical item is installed by someone without the correct qualifications, the warranty for the item is instantly voided.
If you receive an item that is deemed to be faulty, please contact us immediately at info@jdlighting.com.au. The item needs to be shipped back to us at the purchaser's expense, in order for one of our electricians to test the item. A decision will then be made as to whether the claim is valid or not. If an item is deemed not to be faulty, the item will not be replaced and the return postage will be at the purchaser's expense.
In the case of "In-home Warranty", the warranty claim must be lodged through the manufacturer of the product. They will then proceed with the warranty claim.
