This kit is in Brand New Condition, having been carefully stored since being delivered from the manufacturer.  Unless stated otherwise, I carry all new inventory that is purchased strictly for resale so these are not old hobby items that have been sitting in a closet gathering dust or getting faded or brittle for a lengthy period of time before being offered for sale.
