Have we made a
mistake?
If you have received a damaged or misbound
book, or an item which is different from what
you ordered, you must notify us within 30 days
from the date you received it. If, for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
or ordering experience, please contact us by
email to resolve any issues before leaving
feedback. We promise to reply you the by COB
the following business day.
Please keep the package you received the book
in so that it can be used when returning the
product. treeet will pay for the shipping cost
of returning the item and we will provide you
with the necessary Australia Post barcode
label along with the address to return it to.
Once we receive your returned item we will
issue a full refund via the same payment method used
when purchased.
Have you changed
your mind?
It's human to change your mind and we're
generally happy, subject to the paragraphs
below, to accept returns if the product is in
new/saleable condition and returned within 30
days of shipping date. Please contact us by
email anytime. We promise to reply to you
by the COB the following business day on how to
return the product back to us.
Please note that the Buyer is to pay for Return Postage in the case of change-of-mind returns and that they must be returned to treeet in saleable condition.
Once we receive your returned product, we will
issue a full refund
via the same payment method used when

Postage is FREE on items delivered
within Australia
International Postage is available only to New
Zealand at a flat rate of $6.50 per order,
regardless of quantity.
Please note that multiple items ordered together may arrive separately and at different times depending on the warehouse from which they were despatched.
Delivery is made via Australia Post e-parcel
so we can track your goods from the time they
leave the warehouse until they reach you!
We only accept payment via paypal (the
safest and securest way to pay online).
You can use your credit/debit
card to pay through paypal even if you don't
have a paypal account.
