We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, all items are tested prior to shipping, none are sent faulty or not working.
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials, handling and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Smaller items (upto 1Kg) will be shipped via First Class Royal Mail with heavier items being deliverd using Courier services. When using couriers we like to include a customer contact number on the despatch note.
Where possible we send items with proof of postage, in the event that your item is lost in transit we would advise that a replacement cannot be sent out until that package has been located and return to sender, this may however take 16 to 21 days via the Royal Mail returns system.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item purchased is suitable for it's intended purpose or use. Alltronix Ltd will offer a refund or exchange on returned faulty or broken during transit goods whichever is suitable to the buyer and we will also refund any postage costs back to us on receipt of your faulty or broken during transit items after we have tested them to make sure they are deemed faulty and established they were broken during transit.
Please note, this does not apply to items which we determine "wrongly fitted, force fitted, misused or damaged by the customer, and in this instance the customer is responsible for all costs, for postage and/or replacement.
Alltronix Ltd will not send out replacement items or offer refunds until we have the defective items back with us and they have been tested for faults or breakages during transit or misuse as stated above, we will not accept written emails or verbal instructions from customers asking for further replacement items to be sent unless the defective, broken or damaged items have been returned, there are no exceptions to this rule, please remember this for future reference.
Please note that to avoid any misunderstanding please send the package with your faulty items Recorded Delivery so there is a tracking number and proof of postage, we will however refund this amount when we have tested the items and deemed them faulty, please include your name address and the reason for the return to avoid delays in processing.
Alltronix Ltd will not accept a verbal, or written confirmation by the customer that a package has been sent back, it must be recorded delivery as the bare minimum and you must provide us (Alltronix Ltd) with a valid tracking reference number, this is mandatory.
Items purchased by mistake or unwanted can be retuned for exchange/refund, the cost of the return is the customers responsibilty as is any postal charges to send correct items back to the customer, quotes for re-sending can be aquired by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org we also make clear that items purchased by mistake/unwanted must be returned in as new condition, this applies to any outer/inner packaging, fitting instructions and accessories enclosed, any tears rips, dirty/oily finger marks, graffti of any kind, squashed or damaged inner or outer packaging including the contents held within will not be exchanged/refunded as it is unfit for resale, in these circumstances, you the customer will be informed by email that items will be returned at a cost which is to be bourne by the customer and the exchange is deemed null and void, our desicion is absolute and we reserve the right to cancell any written aknowledgment for a return item should it be returned in less than perfect condition.

Return Policy 14 Day Cooling Off Period (Distance Selling Act 2000) This regulation gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason within a cooling off period of 14 days after you have received your goods. To cancel you need to e-mail us within the cooling off period at email@example.com. The cooling off period allows you to examine the goods as you would be able to in a retail store. It does not however give you the right to try out the goods. The goods need to be returned in their original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 5 days of cancellation.
