PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
  1. Neti Pot is a simple & an effective way to clean your nasal passages.
  2. Our Neti Pots are made of high quality ceramic and NOT PLASTIC!

HOW TO USE NETI POT?
  1. Fill the Neti Pot with warm water.
  2. Then mix a teaspoon of sea salt in the Neti Pot
  3. Lean over the sink, tilt your head sideways and place the spout of the Neti Pot in the upper nostril.
  4. Tilt the Neti Pot until the salt water solution flows inside the upper nostril, inside the sinus and out the other nostril. 
  5. Do this until the salty water in your Neti Pot is empty.
  6. Then you can repeat with your other nostril.
