Using a flexible cloth measuring tape or a piece of string or ribbon, measure around your head just above your eye and ears as per the picture on the left. Take the measurement in centimeters. This is your nominal helmet size. You may wish to buy a slightly larger or smaller size depending on your personal preference. Over time helmet linings do compress so will become more loose.

Terms of Sale

Faulty goods. All goods we sell are new unless stated otherwise within the description of the advert. Any items which are found to be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods will be exchanged once received back and inspected, no refunds are offered.

None Faulty goods. We accept goods which are unused and complete in there original undamaged packaging in a re-saleable condition. These must be returned to us carriage paid within 7 days of receipt. P&P and carriage on returned / exchange or replacement articles is chargeable original postage is none refundable.

Returned For Refund. These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and all tags attached and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded. You must contact us prior to sending so that we can issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER, packages arriving without a returns number will be rejected.

Feedback. We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Should there be a problem with the item or if it is lost or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem for you. We hope that you will never have to leave Negative Feedback and we guarantee that we will resolve the issue for you in a professional and timely manner however your cooperation will be required.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch purchases within 24 hour period from cleared payment being received, excluding holidays and weekends. Most orders will be dispatched the morning after the date of purchase. We use Royal Mail Tracked Service as standard 2-3 day delivery. Parcel Force and other carriers for a faster, guaranteed pre 1pm next day delivery for week day purchase is also an option providing payment is received before 2pm. As we use Royal Mail as our standard service to keep your delivery costs down, we cannot guarantee a set delivery time or day unless the next day service is used. Cost for additional UK services are available at checkout.

Goods must be returned in dispatch condition with lables / tags still attached. If sending goods back please obtain a proof of postage.
