We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
 
We ship all of our goods with Australia Post and for larger items via a courier company and will require a signature from the person accepting delivery. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 1 business day. Most orders that are received by 4pm are shipped the same day!

Yes we do combine postage where at all possible. If you purchase multiple items please wait until we send you a revised invoice before making payment. That way we can adjust the shipping costs to make sure you get the beast deal.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

We offer exchange on items where the sizing or fit is incorrect. All postage for exchange is at the buyers expense, retuned goods must be sent back in a tracable postage format. Until we receive payment for the postage we cannot send. We suggest including a pre paid trackable return postage envelope with your swap over item to avoid time delays.

Please contact us before any items are returned to receive an authorisation number. Only goods returned unopenned, in original condition, and in original packaging will be refunded. All shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
