We are a consolidator for a high end retail store. We sell all our items "pre-owned" & "as is" although many are brand new, some are returns and some are preowned. We do this because although we try to describe our items as best and accurately as possible, we are human and sometimes things slip by.

If an item is grossly mispresented, we will accept a return and refund you your money. However, we do not pay for return shipping. In some cases, we will offer exchanges.

We ask that before you bid, you ask any doubts you may have about the item. Remember "a picture is worth a thousand words…" So please check item photos as that is the best depiction of what you are buying. We do not smell every item, but in the rare instance where it is very noticable, we will not sell it.
