Shipping

We will ship to all Australian states and territories and charge a fixed postage fee;depending on the items.

Please allow 1 day to 10 working days for delivery by Australia Post depending where you live in Australia.  After this time, if you still haven't received your parcel, and you checked your local post office, please email us ebaysales@groovycom.net.au . 
Please provide the full address for shipment (in Ebay or Paypal). If it is incorrect, the customer will be charged for the additional second delivery.  Please email us ebaysales@groovycom.net.au within reasonable time in case you need to provide a different address.
Items are generally shipped out the next 2 working day after payment has been received. Please contact us if you would like to know the status of your order. If your enquiry is made through email ebaysales@groovycom.net.au, we will usually reply to you within 48 hours.
The  shipment Information will be emailed to the buyer once the item is shipped.

Return  & Warranty Policy

Most of the products we sell are brand new. Unless specified, they do not carry any warranty.


At Groovycom,  we pride ourselves of delivering exceptional service to our customers. 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you may return the  item(s) to us within 15 days from date of delivery for a
replacement or refund,  provided the item(s) is returned in original condition including its packaging and an explanation is given with a proof of purchase.

The items in this case are returned to Groovycom at the customer's expense.
We will not exchange or refund items if the customer is unhappy with the choice  they made.

We reserve  the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE  returns.

Faulty,  damaged and incorrect deliveries

We  carefully pack all orders to ensure that your items arrive to you in the best  of condition and avoid the risk of damaged goods whilst in transit.  
In the event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect or there are missing  items, please contact us within 48 hours after you received your goods. 
We will  then give you instructions on how to return damaged or faulty items and arrange  immediate dispatch of any missing or incorrect items at no additional cost to  you. 

Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all faulty products returned, subject  to technical test results that justify Customers’complaint.

Please  ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. Should you  send us any other products that are not purchased fromus and want to have them back, you have to pay for all the additional shipping charges so incurred.
