How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on the product, supplier, partner warehouse and your location. Each product has an estimated delivery time displayed on the product page. This can be found below the pricing section as well as in the 'Postage and payments' section.
How much will Zanui charge for delivery?
You can calculate a shipping estimate for each item by entering your postcode in the 'Postage and payments' section on each eBay product page. Please press the 'Get Rates' button as pressing the Enter key will not calculate the shipping charge to your postcode.
Can I pick up an item from Zanui's warehouse?
We do not have a pickup option available as our items are either shipped directly from our suppliers' or from our warehouse where we cannot allow public access for safety and security reasons.
Does Zanui have a store where I can view the product?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store where you can view our products. As a purely online retailer, we only sell online!
How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Simply call our Customer Care Team on 1300 668 317.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a notification which will be sent to the email address that you used to register for your eBay account.
Can I purchase multiple items in one order?
If you would like to purchase multiple items from us, just add the desired items to the cart. Once you are on the cart page click on 'Continue shopping' which will take you back to the page you started from, where you can keep on browsing.
Does Zanui combine shipping cost?
Yes, we only charge you for the most expensive shipping cost of an item in the cart. Example: If there were 2 items in your cart, one with a shipping cost of $9.95 and the other with a shipping cost of $20.95, you would be charged $20.95 shipping for the entire order.
How do I return my purchase?
Should you change your mind about a purchase you can return the item within 30 days of having received it and we will give you a full refund on the item value. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging for these returns.
You can return small items for free using ParcelPoint Easy Returns or the post office. ParcelPoint allows you to return your item to hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagents – open weekends and after hours for your convenience.
Please check the size and weight restrictions before returning your item. ParcelPoint limits are 10kg and 120 cubic cm (the sum of adding together the length, width and height of the package). If you are unsure, use the size limit of airline carry-on luggage as a guide. For returns via the post office please check the Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines.

Please note: you will need to complete the online process for each parcel you are returning. For tracking purposes, ParcelPoint and the post office cannot accept multiple parcels with the same label.
