Terms and Conditions: Payments: Items must be paid for with 72 hours of the close of the listing. PayPal is the preferred method of payment unless other arrangements have been made. Contact: I will see your email faster if you contact me through the confines of eBay(such as asking a question about an individual item). I check this all the time. I don't check emails every day but do answer questions on eBay every day, and will answer you ASAP especially if it is nearing the close of an auction. Returns: I will accept returns for up to 14 days after the item has been shipped as long as you pay return shipping. Shipping charges are never refunded unless the item turns out to be DOA(dead on arrival), or a mistake was made on my part. The refund will be given via PayPal, or if you specify, a check. A return authorization is not necessary; email me first then simply return unwanted item to Joe Pierre, 13202 Myers Farm Road, Scott, AR(Arkansas)72142. Shipping: I try to use US Post Office Priority Mail whenever possible. This is the best shipping service there is, and I don't say this because I'm friends with everybody in the local post offices! I have had less problems or loss with this method than all others. Think twice before using economy postage or any other method that does not use tracking numbers or have insurance available. UPS is the preferred shipping method when shipping bigger items, and I almost always use UPS Ground. I have found that the more expensive methods of shipping through UPS are not neccessarily the fastest; most of the time Ground gets there about as fast as 3-Day Select. More expensive items that I sell usually come with insurance included in the shipping charge, and on less expensive items it is always offered as an option. I almost always print labels and pay for shipping through PayPal, so there is less chance of a mistake on the address. Also, PayPal will email you the tracking number or the delivery confirmation number automatically. If you lose this number, I keep it in my records and can email it to you personally if needed. Overseas or out of USA shipping done if items and shipping is through PayPal only. Feedback: I will leave positive feedback as soon as you have received your item and done the same for me. If you have an issue with an item, please contact me first to work it out. I am here strictly to serve my eBay customers and will always do my utmost to take care of any problem. When you win a bid on an item, you are entering into a contract to pay for that item. I've got plenty of time to take care of any problem! Please let me know if you think any item is overpriced or if you wish to make an offer on an item.
