be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery

Return and Refund
Returns must be
agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Should you change
your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us
within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note, to qualify for such a

been opened for a visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used.

- Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box.

If the product is assessed to be DOA, buyers will receive a full or partial
refund, or a replacement product or parts. If buyers are requested to send back
defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the
returned product back in our warehouse.
