My postcode was slightly wrong (one number was incorrect) and I asked the delivery service (Evri) to change it as the parcel was still in their depot. The response I got from them was that my parcel has been irreparably damaged in transit. Not entirely sure how that works considering it was going to be delivered with no issue prior to my request.
