ORDERING

We will email you to confirm receipt of your order.  

Orders are normally processed and despatched on the same day if received before 1pm.  However, during busy periods this may roll over to the next day but will be within 24 hours.

We will email you once your order has been despatched and if sent by courier, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer a reduction on delivery charges where possible.  Please either “commit to buy” the items you are ordering but do not pay and we will then send you an invoice with combined delivery or email us for a delivery quote.

Parcelforce delivery charges are for UK mainland only and there may be a surcharge for Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland.  However, where possible, we will send via Royal Mail to these areas to avoid customers incurring a delivery surcharge.

Our maximum standard delivery charge is £6.99 for UK Mainland and £11.99 for Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland (also includes some HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH and ZE postcodes) for any number of items.

Most items are available for next day delivery (except heavier items to Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland).  Next Day delivery charges are as follows:

Under 500g - £5.99

Over 500g - £7.99

We also deliver to BFPO addresses.  Please email us for costs.

PAYMENT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.   We accept the following forms of payment:

▪ Credit and Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express.  You will need to call us on 020 3411 4640 Monday to Friday 9-5pm to pay with a credit/debit card over the phone.

▪ PayPal

▪ Bank Transfer – please email us for details.  Please note, however, that we will NOT accept any bank charges from overseas customers and the FULL amount must be received into our account before despatching goods.

▪ We do not accept cash sent to us through the post and cannot be held responsible for any losses therewith.

Payment is expected within 7 days and after this time, we will file for unpaid item.  Please let us know if your payment is delayed for any reason.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

All products are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item (if another is available) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods.  To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery.  We will confirm your cancellation via email - the goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition i.e. unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact within ten [10] days.  You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us - unfortunately, original delivery charges cannot be refunded.

OVERSEAS BUYERS

We are happy to ship all items worldwide where possible.  If there is no shipping price listed for your country, please email us for costs.  Items over 2kg have to be sent via courier and this price is dependent on parcel weight and dimensions.  Please email us and we will try to obtain the best possible price for you.
