Puss ‘n’ Pooch Gallery understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
In the event an item arrives broken or damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item and packaging and send an email with clear pictures to sales@pussnpoochgallery.com.au. This should be done upon receipt of item and no longer than 7 days from receipt. We will then arrange a credit and/or replacement. Breakages are not covered under the 30 day return policy.
The returned product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
