If you feel our postage costs are to high we are happy to offer COD postage once the item has been paid for minus the postage amount. Please contact us to arrange payment without the postage costs.
We do not accept returns. If there is a fault with your item please contact us within 7 days of receiving. If there is a problem with your item, we are happy to help, we need to know though, please contact us before leaving any negative feedback.
Under no circumstances are there replacements on electrical items. All electrical items are working when they leave our store.
When a replacement is warranted, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item within 7 days and pay for the return postage costs, the replacement will then be sent via COD once the original item is received in the condition it was dispatched. (please note all items are checked and in working order with photographic evidence before being dispatched.)
Returned items will be packaged for free and the replacement item with incur a COD for postage costs.
All returned items will incur a 40% handling fee, this will be payable on collection of your replacement item from your local post office.
