    Items normally will be delivered via courier unless otherwise specified. PO BOX address is OK for some small items. Please contact us before you bid our items. A signature is required for most deliveries. Please provide an address where someone is present during hours to receive and sign for the parcel. A delivery by appointment is not possible.

     

    All items are carefully packed and sent in sturdy boxes or satchels.

     

    We gladly combine shipment and handing on multiple items, however this does not mean subsequent items are sent free of charge. Starting with the highest delivery rate we will add ~50% of the delivery charge of subsequent item. Some bulky item (ie printers) cannot be combined with other items. Charges for additional quantities are shown further below in the ebay section. The rates include packaging material, delivery, insurances (parts of our items) as well as handing.

     

    Seller assumes no liability for the late delivery, missing or damaged items while in transit unless insurance is paid.  (Insurance charge will be strongly suggested and this will add on the top of the payment.)

     

    Postage and handling fee for each item is to offset the costs of fuel increase, packaging and labour, as well as the actual postage required. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and cubic-based, it is not simply the postage paid label or the face value of the stamps. Shipping costs are an inherent feature in any mail-order service, and we hope that you will understand.

     

    Our items are usually post within 2 days of receiving cleared payment subject to stock availability. Items that are unavailable/not in stock with our supplier will be put  on back order, the remainder of order will be part shipped - unless you would like to wait to receive everything in one go. If this is not acceptable you can cancel that portion of order and request a full refund (include the insurance/postage fee).  *NOTE: As Items are selling in other shop, stock may differences with what in ebay. Any out of stocks will offer full refund, replace with same product with notice or free upgrade.

    eCheque (Bank funded PayPal payments) do take up to 8 days to clear during which time we cannot ship goods, This will delay your order delivery considerably.

    Warranty

    All new items come with at least 12 months of warranty. Some products have extended manufacturer warranties.

    All products are in guaranteed working condition on arrival unless ‘as is’ or ‘untested’ in the item description. If an item arrives damaged please get in contact with us immediately. If the parcel arrives damaged in any way, please get a written & signed note from the carrier and contact us.

     

    All product Technical Support is provided by the manufacturers. Most products have support information clearly noted in the manual and generally the packaging as well. This is your best source for finding that elusive support number. Please note most products comes with Manufacturer on site or carry in warranty and you can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. 

     

    If your products are still covered by a warranty and you have made the claim before contact us, you need to return the items at your cost (sending to us). The delivery fee for RTB and returning to you is covered by us. (Some sellers charge their buyers for both delivery fee - sending & returning. Before you bid or buy the item, please ask from your sellers.) Please ensure that the items are packed appropriately (anti static bag, bubble wrap, etc) and that the parcel insured if necessary. We will either test the items or return them to our manufacturers or suppliers. A $50 testing fee to the customer will be charged by our manufacturers or suppliers if any returned items are found working.

     

    Please understand that we cannot guarantee compatibility with your system. The warranty furthermore excludes damage caused by improper use (ex over clocking...), modification of the hardware, accidents and acts of god.

     

    Problems that occur from are not covered by manufacturers' warranty : External causes such as abuse, misuse, electrical power, over-clocking. Problems caused by other accessories, parts or components.

    When the items return to our manufacturers or suppliers, some items will need to wait for a few months to fix or replace. We cannot guarantee the time that you will receive the items you return, but we will keep an eye on them.

     

    Customer must regularly maintain PC components by removing dust and build up from normal use.
