We accept the following forms of payment:

POSTAGE & HANDLING

To ensure safe arrival of your items we send by Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express daily with despatch at 10.00am . All items sent by this method will require a signature on delivery.

Sorry - PICKUP is not available.

A flat fee is charged for either Registered or Express Post regardless of where you are located in Australia. You will usually be given an option on selecting either Registered Post or Express Post at "checkout". If you are not given an Express Post option it is usually because the item is too heavy or bulky to post by this method.

REGISTERED POST
Turnaround time of your parcel will be dependent on your distance from Newcastle NSW for Registered Post.

EXPRESS POST
Turnaround of one day depends on whether you fall within the Australia Post Express Post network. You may check this by clicking on this link to the Australia Post website.


INTERNATIONAL
For locations outside of Australia we use International Post. Postage is calculated based on the weight of the item and the country it is being shipped to. You may request a quote for International Postage on an item(s) before purchase.

Please Note: The buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on entry of your parcel to your country.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority at The Gallerie, and so we offer a 7 day exchange or refund guarantee for all items purchased from the date you receive the item if it meets the criteria set out below. Return of goods will be accepted if the item is unused and returned in original packaging or if the item is faulty. All returns must be sent by Registered Post to ensure tracking and receipt of the returned item. The reason we request this is for your own protection - if we do not receive the returned product then we cannot reimburse you.

FAULTY ITEMS If item is determined faulty you will be reimbursed for Registered Post return costs and you will not be charged for postage of replacement items. If you request a refund you will be refunded all expenses.

ALL OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES If returning for other reasons, the item is to be returned at your expense by Registered Post. You will also be responsible for postage of the replacement item. If you request a refund, you will be credited your total purchase less postage. In the event that postage was free with the original purchase then the amount that we actually paid for postage will be deducted from your total.
