Postage cost to the rest of Europe will be charged at only £1.00 per order, and only £1.49 worldwide

We also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery courier service for a fixed cost of £5.75.  Again you can purchase as many items as you like from our store and you will pay no more than £5.75 for secure next day delivery (Monday - Friday only, excluding bank holidays)
All items are in our possession and are shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK.

	Items can be paid for by Postal Orders.  Postal orders must be sent to us by recorded delivery.
	Bank Transfers sent from a Lloyd's TSB account to our business account will usually arrive within 1 working day. Transfers made from other UK banks generally take 3/4 working days to clear.

Returns:

Our aim is to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase, we therefore offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned to us for a refund (excluding original and return postage cost).  Goods must be returned in the same re-sellable condition they are received in and must including all packaging.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is faulty, please contact us via eBay for a replacement or full refund.

For additional peace of mind all products purchased from us carry a 90 day warranty which covers against manufacturing defects.

All returns must be authorised in advanced by contacting us via the eBay messaging system (please do not use an external email address as this will delay the process). Our staff will then reply as soon as possible with the relevant return details or advise how the issue can be best resolved.
