This laptop is Dell Certified Refurbished and comes in the Dell Outlet box. Dell Certified Refurbished laptops were new laptops sold and then returned because the customer either changed their mind during the Dell 21 day return period, there was a mix up on delivery, etc. Dell then tests each laptop, re-installs the operating system, and repackages them. Most laptops will look like NEW, however it is possible that they may have minor blemishes from handling but that will not affect performance.
It is covered by the Dell Next Business Day On Site Service warranty. If Dell Tech Support is not able to resolve your issue via chat/phone they will send a Dell Certified Technician to your location in 1-2 business days to resolve the issue. This is the same warranty that Dell gives with a brand new laptop so you can be confident that you are protected. We will transfer the Dell warranty & ownership into your name and the warranty can be upgraded through Dell.
All of our items come with a 14 day return policy which covers defects or description errors. If your item arrives defective or is not as advertised we will exchange the laptop or issue you a full refund.

Dell has a 21 day return policy on all of their computers & laptops, which means that a customer can return the item for any reason. These items are then inspected & retested by Dell to ensure they meet all original specifications. Most items will look like new, however it is possible that they may have observable cosmetic blemishes but they will not affect performance. Blemishes will not be on the screen or touchpad.
3. What warranty do these items come with?

4. How is the Dell warranty & ownership transferred?
Upon receipt of your item please contact us with your service tag number located on the bottom or back of your item and we will complete the Dell warranty and ownership transfer into your name.

7. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many international destinations using the Ebay Global Shipping Program.
