Same day shipping does not mean same day delivery, I ship via the Postal service, couriers or freight companies. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of my shipping confirmation, contact your local Post Office or the delivery service. In some cases, if no one was in attendance, the delivery contractor will take the parcel back to the post office or the depot. Please contact the Post Office or delivery service first before contacting me. Overseas customers, should wait within 3 weeks before contacting their delivery service. If the parcel is sent by courier, a signature is usually required. You can select that the courier leaves the parcel in a secure location if no one was in attendance at the time of delivery without the necessity of signing for it and the parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered. If it is not safe to leave the parcel by Your front door, then you will need to sign for it.
Usually parcels sent by standard delivery do not require a signature. If you elect th have the parcel sent by registered or insured delivery, a signature is usually required.
You can select to have the item shipped to you via standard, Express or Insured delivery. Standard delivery is the cheapest method and provides no tracking number. I strife to give you the most economical shipping method to save you money. However, If you believe you may have problems with standard delivery to your address, them you can pay the extra charges and have the item delivered via Insured or Express delivery where you will be given a tracking number. All parcels will be securely packaged. Furthermore, if you need insurance, let me know and I will send you a quote for insurance covering damage or loss of your package. Some items are provided with free shipping. Items with free shipping are shipped via regular delivery. If you require tracking , insurance or express delivery , let me know and I will send you revised invoice.

Please note, I assume no responsibility if the item is delayed, lost or damaged n transit.
