At the end of the 7 day period an eBay item dispute will automatically be opened. Any items that are not shipped or picked up within 90 days from the auction ending date will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of.

Shipping

We will ship your item(s) within 2 business days from the day you win the auction. We ship via FedEx and the US Post Office. We do combine shipping when it is feasible to do so.
Please be aware of the following:

1) Ebay calculates the cost of shipping based on the actual weight and box dimensions that we provide to at the time the listing is created.

2) We charge the Fedex or USPS published shipping fees.

3) International packages are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. At times, we may ship international packages via FedEx Express. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Also, we will not under value any of of shipments. Sales Tax

If we ship this item within the State of Pennsylvania 6% sales tax must be added to the item total and the shipping (PA State Law) unless you can provide us with a completed PA tax exempt form.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Include a copy of your invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. We do not accept COD shipments. No returns on installed parts unless they are defective.
