Warranty:
1. Most of items come with 90 Days Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of customers purchased them, if you need warranty and returns assistance please contacts us.
2. Free Transit Insurance has been included in your delivery fee. That is a saving of $25.00, which covers lost, being stolen or damaged goods in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please e-mail us with pictures or a video clip to show the problem.
3. If you are happy with the item, we encourage you to leave us a positive feedback.
4. We believe every problem can be resolved. All we want you to assist us is that you e-mail us for all your unsatisfying concerns before leaving neutral or negative
5. Item warranty only can be applied for once of replacement or refund with no extension
6. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty such as battery, earphone, cable, carry bag and so on.
7.If customers feel unhappy with the item, the item is not what they expected, or customers have simply changed their minds, the refund or replacement of the original item is not acceptable.

9. If the items are faulty after having being used for a while, the postage and handling fee will be not provided.

A: We are sorry to tell you that in order to strive to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible, we are essentially an online store and do not have the capabilities to display products. All of our products are pre-packaged from our suppliers straight to our warehouse, ready to be shipped to you!

A: We are based in Sydney. If you are in NSW, ACT, QLD VIC SA, normally, it takes 1-5 business days for delivery. If you are in WA , NT, TAS and other areas, normally, it takes2-7 business days for delivery.
