If you wish for a refund, could you please ensure that the item is in the original condition it was sent to you. All tags/labels should be still attached. The Item should not have been worn. Only tried on for fit and comfort.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Where the original order had free shipping a $5.50 handling fee will be deducted from the returns only if a refund has been requested. This fee is not applicable for exchanges or credits. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.
