Artist Information
Susan Lordi's art reflects our relationships with people and the world around us. Her keen observation of the human form is further inspired by ballet, modern dance, nature, and her personal experiences with family and friends. These influences are revealed in her Willow Tree sculptures, from which emotion is communicated through gestures only.

Besides her work in sculpture, Susan has always loved making art with cloth. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Textile Design, and her fiber art has been exhibited internationally. A monograph of her art textiles has been published in the Portfolio Collection by Telos Art Publishing and she is featured in the book Art Textiles of the World: USA. Susan maintains a studio in Kansas City, Missouri.

Shipping Policy

• To determine the order"s time of delivery, please review transit times indicated with the shipping calculator. We are not responsible for the specified carrier transit times as they are an estimate provided by the transit companies. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclement weather conditions
• We may ship each product separately from different warehouses as we utilize a number of warehouses across the Continental United States. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected to another comparable method.

Return Policy

At Clevershoppers, customers are the NUMBER ONE priority, and we make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is a great one. We will gladly exchange a defective item returned no later than 14 days from delivery date. We'll pay for the shipping cost to return the item (if defective). On a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns must be pre-authorized and an RMA # must be issued by Clevershoppers for the return.

• Any shipment that is rejected/refused and received in saleable condition, will be issued a refund of the merchandise cost less 30% restocking fee.
• Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.
• Computer software, videos, CDs, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. A defective item may be returned for replacement of the same item.
• Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.
