Free Delivery Insurance:
All purchases are insured against getting damaged or lost in transit to a purchase value of $1500.
Items lost in transit: This process can take time, so your patience is appreciated. Once Fastway Couriers or Australia Post confirms that your delivery has been lost in transit, we will immediately provide a full refund or resend you purchase, which ever option you choose.
Items damaged in transit: If you receive your item damaged or it contains a manufacturers fault, you will need to send the damaged/faulty items back to Soho skincare, with a tracking number. When we receive the item we will issue either a full refund or send a replacement. Soho will also refund the cost of the return shipping charges.
Free Tracking:
We provide free tracking for all deliveries. Before sending your purchase you will be sent a postage notification which includes a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Of Your Purchase:
Fastway Courier Service:
· This is our preferred method of shipping. This is NOT an express service to all locations in Australia.
· Requires a signature for delivery. If your address is unattended, a delivery card will be left and the you will be required to give a business hours address where you will be available to sign for delivery. In the event that the Fastway Courier is not contacted by you the parcel will be returned to Soho Skincare and payment will be required for the reshipping of your parcel.
· It is recommended to provide aa day time address and phone number so that you can personally receive and sign for your parcel during business hours.
· If your address is a PO Box or, is outside of a Fastway Courier service area, your parcel will be sent using Australia Post’s Regular eParcel service with tracking.
Australia Post Regular or Express eParcel:
· Requires a signature for delivery. If your address is unattended when Australia Post attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left and it will be automatically transferred to the nearest Post Office. You will then need to collect your parcel from the assigned Post Office on presenting your delivery card.
· It is recommended to provide an address and phone number so that you can personally receive and sign for your parcel during business hours.
Western Australia customers please note: As Fastway Couriers and eParcel Regular Post goes via road it may take approximately 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. We suggest that you choose the AustPost Express Post method of postage as it goes by air rather than road and you will receive your purchase much faster. |
