We comply with all Industry Standard Trading Rules in unison with the conditions listed below. 1.) If a pool cue has developed a fault, as defined in "Pool Cue Warranty" at the end of this policy, a full refund or replacement is offered as long as the fault is reported within 30 days of receiving the goods. 2.) If item is received with a manufacturing fault other than that listed in "Pool Cue Warranty" a full refund or replacement is offered as long as the fault is reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. 3.) In some circumstances, a digital picture of the discrepancy may required as proof. 4.) We understand that buyers may change their mind after receiving their product. If this is the case, request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. An exchange will be offered in most cases & all associated costs are to be paid by the buyer. 5.) All returned products must be in the same condition & packaging as originally sent. WHAT HAPPENS IF GOODS GO MISSING OR ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. FULL RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN BY US FOR: 1.) Any item that has gone missing in the post. (Please be patient as we investigate to make sure that the item hasn't just been delayed) SHARED RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN BY US FOR: 1.) Any item that has clearly been damaged in transit unless of course, it's due to insufficient packaging, in which case we will accept full responsibility. Damage must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods. This does not include international shipping. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 1.) Full responsibility will be taken by us for item that goes missing & has been sent via Registered Post International. 2.) No responsibility will be taken by us for any item that has been damaged in transit when sent internationally. COMMON SENSE FREIGHT RULES ? If the product return is due to an item that does not meet our standard, the freight cost will be paid by us. ? If the product return is not due to any fault of ours, the freight cost will be met by the buyer. Situations which may void a possible refund or exchange 1.) If any aspect of a sale has not been paid for by the customer, the Contract of Sale is considered ?not complete? & we therefore have no obligation to the sale under any aspect of our returns policy. 2.) No refunds or exchanges are offered on discounted or sale items. 3.) We reserve the right when making decisions on returns, refunds & compensation to redeem the cost of any discounts and/or free extras that the customer requested when making the original purchase. POOL CUE WARRANTY Pool cues carry a 30 day replacement warranty against: 1.) Any bending of the top shaft of 1mm or more, due to the drying of the cue material under normal conditions Please Note: Normal conditions refer to not subjecting the stock to excessive heat, moisture or a change of conditions 2.) Any structural damage to the shaft, at the ferrule or joiner, at a fault in the cue material, that has rendered the cue unusable. The damage has to be as a result of normal cue use. Please Note: "Normal cue use" is defined as impact on pool balls, through the length of the shaft, from tip to base. No lateral impact damage is covered under the warranty. (i.e. Logically a cue shaft can't break completely, through normal cue use, without obvious signs of a fault) We reserve the right to refuse warranty if logic does not point towards normal cue use. Structural damage refers to damage that has rendered the cue unusable or unsuitable to take impact on pool balls. CUE STRAIGHTNESS 1.) Acceptable top shaft variance is 1mm 2.) Acceptable variance on the full length of the cue is 3mm. The spirit of this policy is designed to protect buyers who have purchased a cue with an unseen weakness or fault that has made the cue unplayable.
