1. Action Toys wants you to be happy with your purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the package arrival. Please contact us through ebay before returning any item for a Return Authorization Number. No Returns will be accepted without this number.
2. The item must be returned to us in the exact same condition that it was shipped out in. Any Mint In Package or Sealed Items must be returned unopened.
3. The Buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping. Only the Merchandise amount will be refunded. The original shipping to the buyer will not be refunded.
4. If an item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please retain the shipping box and packing materials as these will be required by the carrier (USPS Or UPS) to file a claim if the package was insured
