Very beefy. I got them to try and modify them a bit to use on my 3 revos for shock/pushrod ends. The ball is too narrow, but I was able to make it work for the shock ends on the rear 2 of my nitro revos so far. I had to grind down the little cone piece to take up the slop. I'm not sure I can do that on the push rod that goes in the rocker as it articulates to the side of the ball more. Might be able to figure out something... I also had to shorten them by about half and drill the hole 2mm or so deeper, then I tapped them with a 3mm tap. They are far beefier than traxxas. I've used these on my arrma outcast for shock ends. I had to drill them out to 4mm then tap them and also trimmed the end a bit to remove the dome so it was flat on top. I also had to add washers to take up slop as the ball isn't as wide. I used these on the front and tekno's on the rear. They are both holding up to many months of bashing. The stock ones lasted me 3 months. These are going on 6 months and still no slop. I also used them on my GTR shocks on my stampede in the front. I wanted to raise the front a bit as the GTR's seemed a bit short. I only shaved off the dome part, then tapped/installed them. Raised the front of the truck up to where it's almost level now. The chassis still bottoms out before the shock does, so it should work well. I haven't run it yet though. With the GTR's in original form, they caused the truck to lose about 1/2-3/4" articulation at the wheel. This was causing the front to slam into the face of the jumps and it was landing really hard. Hoping now that I'm able to use more of the shock range that it will help. Just wish they didn't cost so much. They do seem to hold up really well though, so if they work out well on my revo, they will be worth the cost. Would be nice if they had a couple variations of the ball itself with various widths. The photo's are a comparison of the outcast vs dubro, installed on stampede, comparison of revo pushrod end vs dubro end on the shock, also tried to show them installed on my second revo with the ground down spacer. I've ordered some 1mm washers, hoping those work easier on my other revos.Read full review
