Prefer to collect your items? No problem! Just visit our warehouse. You can pay through Ebay and then collect, or pay on collection. Please make prior arrangement before paying so we can make sure we don't dispatch the order.

Please Note - All payments are to be received within 3 days of purchase/auction end. If the payment is not received in this time a non payer dispute will be raised. If there is a problem paying please contact us to see if we can help resolve the issue.

Same Day Despatch on all orders received before 2pm!

All orders received and paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day. Any orders received during the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

For UK orders (Free P&P), we use Royal Mail First Class (Recorded for higher value orders) where possible for customer convenience. For higher value & bulky orders we will use Royal Mail or a courier service depending on package weight and size.

For UK next working day orders we will use either Royal Mail special delivery or a courier service. This will be dependent on package size and weight. Please note that for next day delivery options, orders must be received & paid for before 2pm. Please make sure you supply a telephone number as our couriers require this to process the order.

For orders outside the UK, we use Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packets. For higher value & bulky orders we will use Royal Mail International Signed for or a courier service depending on package weight and size.

Postage Times

UK Standard - Normally 2 to 3 working days but please allow 7 days before contacting us regarding a missing item.

UK Next Day - Next working Day but not time guaranteed.

Europe - Normally 7 to 12 working days but please allow 15 days before contacting us regarding a missing item.

Rest of World - Normally 10 to 15 working days but please allow 20 days before contacting us regarding a missing item.

New Items: All new items will be supplied with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise detailed in the description.

Second Hand Goods: Our secondhand goods will be supplied with a 3 month warranty unless otherwise detailed in the description.

Spares or Repairs Goods: These goods are sold without warranty. Please read the description carefully so you know exactly what you are bidding for.
