For the combined S & H discount, you would pay full cost for the item with the highest S & H rate + ½ the S & H for the rest of your items.  Free Shipping has no impact on the discount.

 To qualify for combined shipping, all items must be on one invoice and shipped to the same address.  Please do not make payment for any of your items until you have finished all of your shopping.  You can then message me to send you a final, combined invoice or go ahead and pay and the eBay system should calculate it correctly.

I welcome International buyers and ship WORLDWIDE with the exception of a few countries. I cannot ship sample sizes, GWP's, testers or items without the original packaging to Germany.  

I am not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes imposed after an International sale.  Please understand that your country's Custom's Department may hold up the delivery of your package, so please allow ample time for your delivery expectations. 

I ship USPS First Class Mail for both Domestic and International unless the package weighs over 13 oz.  Want expedited shipping? Contact me for prices before you pay your invoice. 

 As of September 22, 2009, Insurance is no longer available for purchase for Domestic or International First Class Mail.  I do insure some higher priced domestic packages.  If you live in the U.S. and have a history of problems receiving packages, let me know, and if it is merited, I will insure your package.

Please bid or purchase with confidence by asking questions before you bid or commit to Buy It Now.  Make certain you are aware of the size and color and have read the detailed discription of the item(s) in mind.  Sometimes photographs do not accurately depict the color.  To be certain of the color, check the brand's website. You can also contact me and I will do my best to describe it and/or send another photo. I always list the size and, if I am aware of it, I make note if the item is a "Gift With Purchase" (GWP) although sometimes I am not aware that it is.   GWP's  may be marked "Not for Individual Sale" or something to that effect, but GWP items are legally sold on eBay.  

Due to the personal nature of the majority of the products I carry (cosmetics); I am unable to accept returns unless otherwise indicated or for special reasons. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item has been described incorrectly, you have been sent the incorrect item, or if something is wrong with the item UNLESS I have noted the flaw(s) in my listing description. Please contact me if any of these reasons relate to your purchase. I will pay the return shipping and refund your PayPal account fully upon the receipt of the returned item.  DO NOT throw away a broken or imperfect item.   DO NOT open or use an incorrect item sent to you. NO REFUNDS GIVEN UNLESS MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED.   If you have made a mistake or you are not happy with your purchase,  contact me and I will try my best to work with you to come up with a solution.  If you aren't happy, I'm not happy!
