We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Q Cycle experience. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, please call or email us. If you still want to return or exchange anything, please take the following steps:
(1) Make a copy of your sales order to keep for your records. On the sales order that you will send back with your item(s), write whether you want to return or exchange the item(s). It would help us if you could tell us why you are returning or exchanging anything. All customer feedback makes us better able to provide quality merchandise and service.
(2) Place the item(s) in ALL of its original packaging and enclose the sales order copy. Please do not put any labels on the Exustar packaging when you ship the item(s). It is very difficult for us to resell something without it, and any labeling will damage it.
(3) Then simply return the item(s) within 30 days in new and unused condition, and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.
