1. Email us to get the return mailing address

2. Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.

3. Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.


Returns Restrictions:

1) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your package.

2) If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

3) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear.

1) WE SHIP TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. All orders will be shipped from Hong Kong by REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL.

2) We ship in 2 business days upon receiving your payment and it normally takes 7-14 BUSINESS days to arrive.

3) PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in one combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments.
