Our beautiful young person has grown out of these items and they bought so much pleasure to us while they were being used.

We would now like to see them go to a loving family who will appreciate the pleasure and joy they will bring to another young person. Yes they have been used and treated with respect so are in good condition.

Payment is due "within" 4 days of purchase, unless arranged otherwise. As soon as we have been notified that your payment has been received and or cleared your item will be sent out within 1 to 2 business days - usually the same day. Payments can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit. For bank deposits could you please ensure your eBay User Name is used as a reference so it can be easily identified. As we want this to be a great buying experience we don't want to see unnecessary delays as I can only send goods when payment can be identified.

You are welcome to chose Insurance and/or Registered Post however it is at an additional fee. Although we have never had any problems with delivery except in the busy season such as Christmas and Easter we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. No refund or replacements will be offered for goods lost in transit or through the post without insurance. However please do contact us if there are any problems and we will endeavour to help you locate your item.

The item wil be sent out within 1 to 2 business day, usually the day the order is received, either by post or courier unless it is for pickup. You will be notified of the tracking number if applicable.

We will take care and package all purchased goods appropriately, however we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit as Australia Post does not offer a fragile service and this is NOT covered by insurance.

We do offer combined postage discounts, please advise which items you are after and where it is being sent so we can give you a quote on combined postage.
