I am happy to accept returns however can not, for hygene reasons, acccept returns of cosmetics and skincare unless they are in their original unused condition.
I aim to describe all items accurately however if you feel that a purchased item is not as described, please contact me to discuss a return.
If you wish to return an item, please contact me to make arrangements. If your item is not as described I will refund original payment and postage and packing charges plus any costs incurred in returning the item. In all other cases, I will refund original purchase and postage and packing charges only. All refunds will be issused on reciept of the returned item.
