~Items for exchange/refund are to be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
~Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.

~Manufacturers Warranty, where applicable, will apply. If an item is deemed by the buyer to be faulty, it must be returned to us first for a fault inspection test prior to a new item/refund being given.
