UNread, UNIQUE  very very SCARCE  TITLE - it was the display copy. It is Tight -  neat, no inscriptions or marks. Appears as in my photos - this is the exact copy!!  A nicely  preserved copy - superb! 

No discernible shelf wear, the interior is tight and spotlessly clean with  212 pages. very, VERY, VERY SCARCE  COLLECTABLE  copy!!

Collection of 12 essays on the Mabo decision reflecting a wide range of viewpoints. Ten of the essays were originally published in the 'Sydney Law Review' in its special symposium issue of June 1993, and one essay appeared in the 'Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association Bulletin'. Includes an article on recent developments following the decision. Indexed. Accompanied by a 3.5S disk containing the full text of 'Mabo v The State of Queensland (No. 2)' as reported in Vol 75 of the 'Commonwealth Law Reports', the authorised reports of the High Court of Australia. The contributors include practising lawyers, lecturers in law, and social scientists.

This work brings together a collection of essays on the Mabo decisions. The essays presented here reflect a wide range of viewpoints and combine to provide a work that makes a significant contribution to the debate surrounding this important decision.
