Payment

Please make your payment via PayPal within 48hrs from the end of the auction or contact me before bidding in case you need more time.  Please DO NOT buy if you are not prepared to pay for your purchase.  Sold item (even if not paid for) is no longer available for other buyers and cannot be sold.  Canceling this kind of transaction (if buyer is unresponsive) may take up to 10 days!  Therefore all non-payers will be reported to Ebay and record of unpaid item will appear on their account.

I will accept bidders with at least 10 Positive feedback and confirmed PayPal account.  If you do not meet this criteria please contact me before bidding or your bids will be removed.
Shipping:
Due to several unpleasant and pricey situations in the past I will only post items via recorded and insured delivery:

UK Buyers:
The packet with the value up to £50 will be post via first class recorded delivery, if the value will be higher I will only use Next Day Special Delivery.  Unfortunately Signed For only allows to claim £41, so if the lost packet is worth more than that I loose my money which is not really in my interest.

International Buyers:
I will only post items with the total weight up to 2kg via RM Airsure to all available destinations.  Where ever this service cannot be used I will post via International Signed For and insured delivery.  Please contact me for quotes before making your purchase.  Items sent outside of EU will NOT be marked as gifts and will not have the value lowered due to insurance.  All the duty or tax charges (if applicable) are buyer's responsibility, different countries have their own regulations so please check.

I will always combine postage for multiple items so please request a total after purchasing, the costs depend on total weight of the items bought.  If the actual shipping cost is lower than paid I will refund the difference immediately.


Returns and Refunds:

I do accept returns for any reason only for unused, unpacked items, in exactly the same brand new condition as sent.  Item/s must be return (at buyer's expenses) within 7 working days from the day of delivery prior to contact made within 3 days.  Refund will be issued for item/s purchased and will NOT include shipping costs.

I always make sure to post your goods as secure as possible, however if you will receive damaged item, please contact me immediately (within 24hrs) to arrange return of the item for replacement (if available) or full refund.

In case of item being late please allow 15 working days for UK deliveries, 21 working days for European countries and 25 working days for all other international destinations.  If item is not delivered after this time please contact me, I will issue full refund immediately and will make a claim myself.  By the way, if someone offers you a proof of postage or help with claim, do not let them fool you, sellers are responsible for delivering goods and claiming compensation.


Although my service may look a bit pricey, I do offer a responsible, fast and secure service
giving you a peace of mind in case of any problems.
