Jo pass the BHS Instructor's exam in 1993 and went on to teach at Hartpury College while achieving her BSc (Hons) in Equine Science, and later her Masters in Coaching Science. Jo is a General Fellow of the British Horse Society, a British Accredited Coach and a British Dressage Accredited Trainer and Judge, as well as Chair of the BHS Qualification and Training Committee.
