eBay rules stipulate that you should pay within 4 days. If payment is not received within that time limit we will send you an invoice as a reminder. If we do not receive payment within 7 days we will contact you by email to determine if you still wish to buy the item.
We accept either direct deposit into our bank account or through PayPal. If you wish to pay by direct deposit please include that information as a note when you make your purchase.
Remember you can also pay by credit card through the PayPal system.
We use Australia Post for all our shipping.

Remember that Express Post is only collected Monday to Friday so orders placed on the weekend will not be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest so choose wisely
If your order is paid for before 4pm then it will be posted that day. Otherwise, it will be posted the following day.
If you have not received your item within 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays) contact us immediately.
We sell our goods under the conditions specified in the Australian Consumer Law, which means that WE must provide the warranty not the manufacturer. We are obliged to resolve your issues not them.
That is the law in Australia. Do not let sellers try and tell you otherwise.
If you purchase from an overseas supplier they are the warranty provider, not the authorised dealers of that brand in Australia.
As an importer and supplier we guarantee to our customers that

Goods must be returned so we can validate your claim. You are not legally obliged to return the original packaging and contents but we request you do this as a courtesy as we may be able to refurbish and resell the goods.
Depending on the issue you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
