Creatine has been around for years and is popular among almost all body builders and athletes. It has been preferred by many of time for its ability to do it's job, and with this product it is formulated so there is no loading phase required, and you will not need to supplement in any additional creatine providing you with an all in once solution.

Beta-Alanine (533mg Per Serve)

Compared to Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine is one of the newer supplements to hit the sports market and has similar charactaristics to creatine and also requires no long term loading phase when consumed. It is now one of the newer supplements to be commonly consumed by body builders and athletes, and stacks exceptionally well with creatine saving you having to buy two supplements, and balance them out.

Glycerol Mono Stereate aka Glycine (1,667mg Per Serve)

N-Acetyl Tyrosine (667mg Per Serve)

N-Acetyl Tyrosine, or NAT, is an ingredient found in many energy drinks and pre-workout products for obvious reasons, and is highly regarded now to be also contained in many dieting products to give users results. It is one of 22 vital amino acids that are utilised by the human body, and is typically obtained naturally from various sources of meats, dairy products and legumes only in very minor doses.

Phenethylamine HCL (Per Serve 167mg)

Phenethylamine, or PEA, is the chemical found in such foods as chocolate which many people enjoy and feel good after eating, or feel bad if they eat the entire 250gram block and have to do about 10,000 push up's to wear it off. It works in a similar class to Caffeine or Dimethylamylamine.

Norvaline (100mg Per Serve)
