  Product Description:

  Frontline Original for small dogs is a spot on applied to the back of the neck once a month to prevent flea infestations, control flea allergy dermatitis, control of ticks (including paralysis ticks however application must be given every 2 weeks for paralysis tick control) and biting lice on dogs.

  Water Fastness:
  Dogs may be treated with Frontline Original following bathing and shampooing once they are dry. The product will spread over the coat of the animal within 24 hours. Once spread, Frontline Original is water fast. It is recommended not to bath or shampoo dogs during the 48hours after treatment. Thereafter, bathing, water immersion or exposure to sunlight will not reduce the efficacy of Frontline Original.

  Safety:
  Frontline Original has demonstrated a significant margin of safety for use in dogs and puppies over 8 weeks of age and in breeding, pregnant or lactating bitches.

  
  Directions of Use:
  

  • Hold the Frontline® Original pipette upright and tap the narrow part of the pipette so any liquid in the tube falls into the main body of the pipette. Snap back the tip. Part the coat on the back of the dog, the best spot being at the base of the dog's neck in front of the shoulder blades. Place the tip of the Frontline® Original pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents completely onto the dog skin in this one spot.
    Monthly application is recommended.Two weekly application recommended for protection against ticks.

  
  Possible Side Effects:

  • Dogs may experience some temporary irritation and itchiness at the site of product application. If signs persist or become more severe within a few days of application, consult a veterinarian immediately. Other suspected adverse reactions are extremely rare but may include transient local reactions at the application site (scaling, local hair loss, itchiness, redness) and general skin itchiness or a hair loss have been reported after use. Other suspected adverse reactions which occur extremely rarely are hypersalivation, reversible neurological signs (hyperaesthesia, depression, nervous signs) or vomiting have been observed after use.
    

  Caution:

  • Consult a veterinarian before using on medicated animals, animals using this product with other pesticides, and debilitated or aged animals. Frontline® Original for dogs is safe for use on pregnant and lactating animals. This product is flammable. Keep away from heat and open flame. This product causes eye irritation in humans and is harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin. Seek medical attention if swallowed. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water. Dogs with a known hypersensitivity to insecticides or alcohol should avoid contact with Frontline Original for dogs. Dogs should not be allowed to swim in watercourses for 2 days after application.

IN STORE PICKUP :

• In some cases we are happy to arrange for buyers to pick up their item from one of our 9 Pet Stores located across Perth Western Australia however we do need to arrange this with each store as requested so correspondence is required if you desire this option.
• If you prefer to pick an item up from one of our stores please add a note with your order providing your contact phone number and specify which store you wish to pickup your item from. We will then make arangements for your oder to be delivered to the store and the store will contact you once it is ready for collection.

Sometimes things can go wrong and In the case of damaged or incorrect items we will replace the item.
In the case where the buyer has made a wrong decission we do not provide refunds however we will exchange an item returned within 7 days.

• To send a product back for exchange, you will first require a Valid RAN number (Return Authorization Number).
• Please contact us via ebay or using the contact information supplied with your received order to arrange your RAN.
• You can return products within 7 days if the item has not been used.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged of the retail price where the exchange is because of buyers wrong decission or change of mind, this fee will not be charged in cases where an error has been made on our part.
• In all cases return shipping must be paid for by the buyer.

Return Process :

• You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. E-mail us or Contact Customer Service to obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and shipping address. (details provided with shipped items)
2. Pack the items in the original box together with the original packing slip (receipt).
3. Write the RAN that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification. Items without a valid RAN will not be issued any replacements.
4. Mail the package back to our corporate address as provided. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs incidental to the exchange.
5. Your return will be processed as soon as we get the item back and inspected.

IN STORE REPLACEMENT :

• In some cases for local Perth based customers we can make arrangement to pick up a replacement item from one of our retail store locations.
  Stores are not associated with internet sales so seeing them directly without an arrangement in place will not result in any resolution and only frustrate the stores manager and yourself so do understand that Items cannot be returned to any store without first a valid RAN number being issued and second an authorisation provided by our internet staff to the chosen retail stores manager Please always obtain the RAN by following the return process correctly and specify that you would like to get your item replaced within one of our stores during your correspondence.
• If you choose this option you will be given store replacement instructions and we will make arrangements with your chosen store. Once this is in place the store will call you when your replacement item is ready to be collected.
