Here we have 1 and 1/3 yards of a 100% high grade cotton fabric #212. This is an all-over leaf pattern in a soft celery green by Fabric Traditions. This fabric is out of print and difficult to find. I am selling off a large portion of my fabric collection as I need to downsize. For the most part, whenever I would buy a new piece of fabric, I would wash and iron it before putting it into my extensive collection, so this piece is washed and ironed, but never used. This piece has a small rectangle (1" x 2-1/4") cut off one of the corners on the selvedge. When I would remember, I would cut off a tiny swatch from new fabrics and enter them into an inventory book so that I would know what fabrics I had available and how much of each was available--thus the swatch.

If you buy multiple products from me, I will be happy to combine them, when possible, and charge for shipping by actual weight for the entire package. In that case, please wait for an invoice from me with revised shipping charges before paying for your purchase. This will save you money on shipping charges.
