Pickup is available from our warehouse located at:

Pickups available Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.

If you wish to return your item please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return and refund.

Items must be in a new unused condition and in the original packaging.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and meet all costs in returning the item to us.

When returning items we recommend you insure them for loss and breakage as we cannot be held responsible for items in transit back to us.

Refunds are given as money back minus the initial postage costs.

We will do our utmost to resolve any shipping related issues however Cutting Tools Australia accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
If a parcel is deemed missing or damaged we follow Australia Post's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.
Our postage options are clearly stated thus buyer discretion is vital.
If insurance is required please select the Registered Post option in checkout, which includes tracking with signature and compensation of up to $100 in case of loss or damage. (Subject to Australia Post's Terms & Conditions).

Our stock levels are constantly changing. Like all systems, glitches and errors can occur from time to time.
Unfortunately these things can happen and on the rare case your item is out of stock we will notify you immediately with an ETA for when the item will be back in stock.
