Author Biography
Gregory Ralph Schussele was raised near the corn and bean fields of central Illinois. Frequent moving is currently the norm. Perhaps a harder target? Advised never to pursue a career as a writer, he has served as a part-time sportswriter for a daily paper and wrote his first novel, Midnight Blue, in 2007. Choosing fiction, he engages a reader with the irony of revealing a larger truth by telling a lie. He writes, publishes and observes full time now, thirteen years with a software company and actions with the Census behind him. He explains his choice of graphic sexual language: Compared to raw and crude depictions of violence and military exploits, which would you rather have in your neighbor's back yard? Serbia from the mid-nineties or an orgy from the sixties? I know what I'd choose. Moving is his third novel.
