Please Read my Return Policy Closely, I charge a 15 Percent Restocking fee on all Items returned,the Item will be Inspected and a Refund will only be given if the item is returned in the SAME CONDITION I sent the Item to you in, if you send a Item back in any other Condition then the way the Item was sent to you, I will Contact you and Return the item back to you. I have had a problem with a few returns and so I have had to add this to my policy, a Item can't be returned with Stains, Soils marks, animal hair on it, the bottom of any pair of Shoes can NOT show Signs of being worn meaning any dirt, marks on the Soles of the Shoes. Any Item such as Purses the Tags must remain on any item that I sent the Item to you with Tags, all Original boxes that a pair of boots or Shoes came in MUST be returned with the Item. I am not held responsible if you purchase the wrong Size of Shoes/Boots you are Responsible to pay any Shipping to Return the Item to me and of course pay the Shipping to have another item sent back to you. I am not held responsible if your feet begin to hurt or you get Blisters, you Scuff a pair of Shoes/Boots something breaks on the item if you haven't contacted me within 24 hours of receiving the Item that their is any problem with a Damaged issue then I will assume it happened with wear and tear of you wearing the Item. Unfortunately, I have had to Change my Return policy because Customers think they can return items worn, soiled. Its truly simple Return a Item back as you Received the Item and Treat the Item as it was YOU getting the Item back, I have NO problem with any returns but I have been amazed at how things have came back to me. To any Buyers that have Selected the First Class International if its a opinion in the listing, you have Selected to purchase, you MUST realize the Item isn't Insured and I am not held Liable or Responsible if the Item is lost or damaged as you did have the opinion of selecting a Different Service which I offer Priority International and Express International but if the Buyer Selects First Class its a Cheaper way to mail items but again the Item isn't insured and you need to know that before choosing that service.
