Cancellations And Returns
You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will refund your money for the original product within 30 days. If the product has already been sent, delivery charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the delivery charges to return the goods to us. Used products cannot be refunded.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If the product needs to be re-packaged, you may be charged a fee for repackaging.
Whilst every care has been taken in compiling this catalogue we do not warrant the accuracy of, or completeness of any information our listing.
We will not accept any responsibility for damages arising from incorrect or unsuitable parts being fitted to any vehicle, it is the onus and responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy itself as to the suitability of any parts prior to purchase.

Faulty Goods & Warranties

If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund.
All goods are subject to their manufacturers Warranties and Guarantee’s. We do not offer any extra warranties. We are not the manufacturer of the goods and we give no guarantee as to the quality nor as to the fitness thereof for any particular purpose and we accept no liability in respect of or resulting from any defect in or failure of the goods supplied. The purchaser accepts the guarantee of the manufacture of the goods is the only guarantee given to the buyer in respect of the goods.
Wheel bearings, timing tensioners, timing belts, oil seals, universal joints & any other automotive products will be subject to inspection before any warranties will be approved. If the product is found to be faulty, a full refund, including postage, will be issued. If the product is found not to have been at fault, you will be liable for any postage and inspection fee’s accrued during this process. Receipts and a specific report on how the parts were fitted will be required if you wish to lodge a warranty claim. Labour is not covered in the warranty of any item.
